The Department is committed to being a child safe organisation through the prevention, identification and reporting of child abuse and neglect. This includes the provision of support to children who have been abused, or are affected by abuse or neglect. This is why we are committed to the teaching of our children and educating the community about Protective Behaviours. As a parent, this workshop will support you in teaching your child skills and strategies to respond to a range of unsafe situations. 

Please mark your calendars! On Week 9, September 13th, 2023, Alkimos Primary School will be hosting a workshop for Parents focused on Protective Behaviours.  This will be an adult only event. Food and drinks will be provided.
